Hajrudin

Hajrudin is a giant warrior described as the "new generation" from Elbaf. He joined as a gladiator at the Corrida Colosseum to compete for the Mera Mera no Mi, where he met Monkey D. Luffy and eventually pledged his loyalty towards him. He was an S-class pirate mercenary for Buggy's Pirate Dispatch Society but resigned after becoming the captain of the sixth ship of the Straw Hat Grand Fleet. He is also attempting the revival of the currently disbanded Giant Warrior Pirates, and is currently the captain of the New Giant Warrior Pirates. He is an ally of Luffy during the Dressrosa Arc, and one of the central characters from The Stories of the Self-Proclaimed Straw Hat Grand Fleet Cover Page Serial. Hajrudin is a muscular giant, well proportioned, and has long dark brown hair, mustache, and beard. He wears a metal helmet (gold in the manga) with protector shades over his eyes. He sports large metal vambraces (gold in the manga) with shields on each one. He also wears a pair of black underwear under a large brown belt with brown parts that hang down in a skirt-like fashion. He also has a gold belt buckle, and sports big black boots. After leaving Buggy's Delivery, Hajrudin wears armor plates over his belt and below his chest, a thick fur cape, and bigger vambraces. When he was a child, Hajrudin was stocky, and wore striped pants held up by suspenders, as well as a large dark belt lined with fur. He also wore a warrior's helmet and carried a sword that was taller than him. After he was turned into a toy, he became an elephant and wore a black cap.He is an arrogant individual, bragging that if he wins the competition and acquires the Mera Mera no Mi, he will become the king of the giants.

However, Hajrudin is also a very honorable and prideful person, as befitting a warrior of Elbaf. He held Usopp in the air so everyone could see the man who saved him and the others, and proclaimed he would follow Usopp out of gratitude. In addition, upon meeting Luffy outside the Colosseum, he told him that he would put aside his defeat and kill Doflamingo to repay his debt to him. He would later decide to pledge his loyalty to Luffy and become a part of the Straw Hat Grand Fleet for the same reasons. He even cut all ties to Buggy's Delivery and quit his job as a pirate mercenary, leaving in order to honor his new allegiance to Luffy and the Straw Hats. His honor and pride as a warrior is great, as despite his many injuries during his battle against Machvise, he was determined to repay his debt to his saviors, and continued his battle against Machvise, sustaining even more serious injuries in order to finally defeat him.

His honor and pride also seems to extend to his race as well, as he wants to plan and lead the revival of the currently disbanded Giant Warrior Pirates, an infamous crew that had been disbanded for a hundred years, and has already succeeded in recruiting four giants in pursuit of achieving this goal. He has been working toward this ever since he was young, being shown training hard at the age of 18. Like many people, Hajrudin has a unique laugh: "Digagagaga". As a giant warrior of Elbaf, Hajrudin is tremendously strong being formerly an S Class member in Buggy's Pirate Dispatch Society. His punches were described as bolts of thunder, allowing him to overpower several powerful gladiators and crush Ucy. However, Lucy, angered that he had crushed Ucy, was able to knock him out with a single punch. He has immense pain tolerance, able to withstand tremendous physical strain that nearly cost him an arm as well as taking the breaking of his right leg from the brutal force of Machvise's 10,000 Ton attack head on through sheer will and even managed to muster enough physical power to counter and overpower Machvise's attack, sending the officer flying straight into Doflamingo's Birdcage, incapacitating the former in the process.

Hajrudin wears giant gauntlets, which he uses to hammer his fists down onto his enemies. He also wields a huge spiked club and seems to be quite proficient at using it, swatting a group of bounty hunters aside. When he was younger, he wielded a large broadsword. When he became captain of the New Giant Warrior Pirates, Hajrudin was seen holding a massive broadaxe. Gungnir, literally meaning "Hero's Spear"): Hajrudin performs an uppercut with tremendous force, capable of sending someone flying a great distance. He first used this technique to defeat Machvise's 10,000 Ton Vise, cracking his shield in half and sending the Super-Weight Human flying, though the strain caused the performing right arm and the supporting right leg's bones to shatter. Gungnir is the spear wielded by the Norse god, Odin. When he was 18 years old, Hajrudin was seen training at Elbaf before the Winter Solstice Festival. After a sparring match with Raideen, Hajrudin greeted Jorul and Jarul when they arrived at the village to invite the children to feast on semla prior to the 12-day fast. On the seventh day of the fast, an incident occurred where Charlotte Linlin‎ devastated an Elbaf village due to her craving sickness and fatally injured Jorul. After the giants calmed Linlin down by giving her semla, Hajrudin was enraged at Linlin's actions and urged Jarul to kill her as Carmel pleaded the elder giant to spare her. Later in his life, he and four other giants had begun a plan to recruit more giants and revive the formerly infamous giant pirate crew, known as the Giant Warrior Pirates, with Hajrudin leading this new crew. As a result of this pursuit, Hajrudin had gained great fame as one of the "new generation" of pirates. At some point, Hajrudin and his crew joined Buggy's Pirate Dispatch Society where he became an S-class pirate mercenary.

Scratchmen Apoo

Scratchmen Apoo, also known as "Roar of the Sea", is a longarm and an infamous music-themed pirate and captain of the On Air Pirates. He and his crew originated from the Grand Line. He is one of twelve pirates who are referred to as the "Worst Generation". After the timeskip, his bounty has been raised from Beli198,000,000 to Beli350,000,000. Some time during the timeskip, he became a subordinate to the Yonko Kaido. Being of the Longarm Tribe from the Grand Line, one of Apoo's distinguishing traits is his incredibly long arms. Each of these long arms possesses two elbow joints instead of just one, making them much longer than a normal person's. These arms make it possible for him to utilize his Devil Fruit powers without the need to contort the said limbs, whenever he converts them into makeshift instruments. Apoo seems to be a passive individual who would not seek to harm others without a good reason. As a result, he is normally defensive during confrontations as seen in his postponed brawl with Eustass Kid at a Sabaody Archipelago bar. Despite this, Apoo can be very ambiguous at times, meaning he cannot deny himself as audience to a good brawl should the opportunity presents itself. When facing an opponent that's too strong for him, he prefers to run away. However, he enjoys provoking and taunting his enemies before leaving.

Kid once got into a fight with Apoo at Sabaody Archipelago, but they both agreed to postpone their fight until after they entered the New World. During their meeting in the New World, Apoo wrecked Kid's hideout and beat up one of his crew members because of the possibility that Kid was hiding a sniper, enraging Kid and resulting in a scuffle. However, it is revealed shortly after that they in fact planned to form an alliance. Despite their differences, they came into an agreement. Sometime before meeting Kid and Hawkins, Apoo joined the Beasts Pirates. He then set them up to force them to join Kaido. Scratchmen Apoo is a member of the Worst Generation, a group of prominent pirate rookies who survived the dangers of the Grand Line.  His fighting stance generally consists of him waving his hands in front of him like a DJ.

Not much is currently known about his abilities, as he has not demonstrated any fighting skill to the extent of the other Supernovas, save for his brief brawl with Eustass Kid, where the two caused a building to tumble down and his attack on Admiral Kizaru. Apoo displayed incredible agility and acrobatic jumping skills on both occasions. Apoo has shown an extremely high level of skill in music. He could play instruments such as a piano, saxophone, drum, or cymbal with great versatility. He used these skills in conjunction with his musical based Devil Fruit powers for combat. He is also a skilled DJ. Apoo appears to have a Devil Fruit connected with music. This ability, which he refers to as Tatakau Music, literally meaning "Fighting Music"), allows him to transform his body into various musical instruments (such as piano keys on his teeth or turning his arm into a saxophone) which he can play. By playing specific notes and tunes, he can release music that causes damaging effects to his opponents, the type of damage being determined by what he plays, and seems to have hypnotic effects. Apoo can turn into instruments in seconds.

Tatakau Music: Scratch Shan Don, literally meaning "Fighting Music: Scratch Shan Don": Apoo morphs his limbs into various instruments, and emits a dance-like musical number which he raps over. This was first seen being used against Admiral Kizaru. Shan, literally meaning "Beheading"): Apoo releases a sound wave that can slice his opponents. In the anime it is the sound of a cymbal. This was first seen being used against Admiral Kizaru. "Shan" is an onomatopoeia that symbolizes quick and silent sounds, like a slash. In the Viz Manga, this is called Scratch. Don, literally meaning "Explosion"): Apoo releases a sound wave that can cause an explosion near his enemy with devastating effects. In the anime, it was the sound of a drum. This was first seen being used against Admiral Kizaru. "Don" is a Japanese onomatopoeia that symbolizes a strong noise, like an explosion. In the Viz Manga, this is called Boom.  After a long voyage following one of the Log Pose routes of the Grand Line, Apoo and his crew came to the Sabaody Archipelago to prepare themselves for the New World. While there, he had a little squabble with Eustass Kid in Grove 24. Knowing full well what would happen if they caused an incident in Sabaody, Apoo asked Kid to postpone their battle until they met in the New World, to which Kid agreed. As Apoo continued his stay in Sabaody, he and his crew witnessed some of the cruelty imposed on the inhabitants by the World Nobles. While witnessing Saint Charlos abuse a citizen, Apoo was suddenly shocked when a newly-arrived Roronoa Zoro tried to defend the man. Fortunately for Apoo and his crew, Jewelry Bonney stopped Zoro and faked the swordsman's death in order to prevent an incident from occurring. Though danger was averted, Apoo sensed a strong killing intent from Zoro as he witnessed the scene.

Jack

Jack the Drought is an All-Star of the Beasts Pirates, one of Kaido's three closest confidants, known as the Disasters, and the captain of the Mammoth. He is also currently considered as the ruler of the region of Kuri in Wano Country. He is also a giant grouper fish-man. He was first briefly mentioned when being notified of Caesar Clown's capture by viewers of Caesar's broadcast of the Punk Hazard incident. Due to his actions and role, he is the primary antagonist of the Zou Arc, and a major antagonist in the Wano Country Arc. Jack is a giant grouper fish-man of massive stature, dwarfing his crewmates and even the very large minks Inuarashi and Nekomamushi. However, while still being immensely muscular, Jack's limbs are disproportionately small when compared to his enormous torso (though their size is greatly increased in the anime, especially his arms). He wears a metallic jaw mask that seemingly disappears when he transforms into his mammoth form, and has a pair of horns on each side of his head. His blond hair is worn in a ponytail and a pair of long braids. He wears a dark, sleeveless, feathery coat similar to Kaido with spiked pauldrons on his shoulders, circled by a belt bearing his crew's Jolly Roger. When using Koro on the Minks, he wears a hazmat suit and wears a glass helmet around his head. He has bloodshot orange eyes and a veined forehead. He has two piercings in his right ear, and wears spiked pauldrons on his shoulders. He carries a pair of tusks around his neck which are actually sheathes containing his scythe-like blades. His mouth contains pointed teeth but while in his mammoth form he has square teeth.

Jack is violent and short-tempered, as one of his subordinates worried how Jack would react once he learned about Caesar's downfall. He threatened to destroy an entire city should he not get what he wanted, and made good on his word, saying that it was the citizens' own fault because they did not comply. His ruthlessness extends to even attacking children and the elderly. He has even admitted that he has a love for causing destruction, even when there is no real benefit to it. Those who have witnessed Jack's personality in person describe these traits as madness. He is also extremely sadistic, willing to torture enemies in order to get what he wants. He is barbaric and brutal to the point of hacking off limbs and creating terrible bloodshed, only ceasing his carnage when he has more urgent matters to attend to.

When Jack attacked the giant elephant Zunesha, he was determined to get to its head and came up with several horrendously cruel things he and his underlings could do to kill it. Being an All-Star of the Beasts Pirates, Jack has great authority over his crew just below his Govern-General. Jack also has authority over the region of Kuri in Wano Country, and its residents greatly fear him. In spite of his great strength, Jack is implied to be weaker than fellow All-Stars King and Queen, who both looked down upon him. His epithet is named for the fact that when he rampages on an island, it is left in a decaying state like it is suffering a drought. His bounty of Beli1,000,000,000 indicates that the World Government considers him extremely dangerous and threatening to their operations. He managed to sink two of the four Marine battleships that were part of Doflamingo's escort, and despite ultimately being defeated by the entire fleet carrying Vice Admirals Tsuru, Bastille, and Maynard, Admiral Fujitora, and former Fleet Admiral Sengoku; Jack survived the battle while only sustaining minor injuries.

He possesses tremendous strength and endurance, which is enhanced by his fish-man heritage. He has fought equally with the Mink Tribe, primarily its two rulers Inuarashi and Nekomamushi, for five days and five nights without taking a break; meanwhile, the Minks, specifically Inuarashi and Nekomamushi, took turns every twelve hours. Although the Minks eventually gained the upper hand, they were never able to suppress Jack himself. Jack was shown to possess tremendous durability, having survived being hit by Zunesha's trunk with it only temporarily knocking him out despite it sinking his whole fleet. Since he is a Devil Fruit user, he has lost the ability to swim. Though he can still breathe underwater, he will be immobilized. Jack is highly proficient in dual wielding his Shotel blades, able to fight equally with Nekomamushi and Inuarashi, the two strongest minks in the Mokomo Dukedom, in one-on-one combat. He was also capable of fighting evenly against the renowned thief Shutenmaru, whom even Kaido had taken an interest in, and managed to injure Shutenmaru before their fight was cut short. Notably, even though Shutenmaru had managed to cut off most of the blade on one of his shotels, Jack was still able to fight competently with the short remainder of its blade. Jack ate the Zou Zou no Mi, Model: Mammoth, an Ancient Zoan-type Devil Fruit that gives him the ability to transform into a mammoth, granting him immense size and strength. In this form, he leveled part of a city by simply swinging his trunk. Due to his fish-man physiology, he would not die from drowning, but would be immobilized when submerged underwater. Jack wields two blades which he uses when in his human form. He keeps them hidden and sheathed as the tusks around his neck. Though they resemble Shotels when seen from the side, they appear even more twisted, akin to his mammoth tusks, when viewed from the front. Jack had access to Koro, Caesar Clown's poison gas weapon, during his invasion of Zou. He used its power to overwhelm the minks and destroy Kurau City after losing his patience from five days of battling. He (and the platoon he brought along with) also had a hazmat suit to protect himself from the gas.

Holdem

Holdem is a Headliner of the Beasts Pirates, who resides in Bakura Town. Holdem is a large man with long brown hair, a square jaw, cat-like whiskers, and a pointed nose. He does not wear a shirt, exposing tattoos on his upper arms which resemble suns that have a wrench-shaped design inside of them. He wears dark pants, boots, gloves, and a tall dark hat with an insignia on it. His most defining features are the lion head, forelegs, and tail protruding from his waist due to his SMILE fruit. He wears a belt that encases the lion's head and forelegs. Like most SMILE fruit users, Holdem possesses two black horns, though they are difficult to make out amidst his hair. Holdem is a brash and no-nonsense man who takes his job seriously and is quick to loudly rebuke his subordinates when they annoy him. He seems to have little empathy, as shown when he decided to try to use Tama's abilities by force, and he is very sadistic, as he became gleeful when threatening to tear Tama apart. Like other members of the Beasts Pirates, he looks down on the lower-class people of Wano. He is also prone to underestimating and condescending people even when he has heard about their feats of strength, as he believed that Luffy only defeated Urashima by luck.

He seems to be quick to jump to conclusions, as he believed that Luffy, Zoro, and Kikunojo were accomplices of the thief Shutenmaru after simply seeing Luffy's display of strength. He also holds grudges, as one of his main reasons for attacking Luffy was that the pirate destroyed his house. Like many One Piece characters, he has a unique laugh: Gahahaha. As a Headliner in the Beasts Pirates, Holdem holds a high position within the crew and is capable of commanding lower-ranking subordinates. In the anime, Holdem showed some physical strength. After Urashima crashed through Holdem's house and fell on him, Holdem was able to lift the huge sumo wrestler off of himself. Holdem ate a lion SMILE, giving him the ability to generate a lion's head and forelegs on his waist, as well as a tail on his back. Kamijiro possesses great strength in his paws and jaw, with Holdem stating that he could easily crush Tama with the latter.

Kamijiro also possesses the ability to breathe a large stream of fire, which Holdem calls Shishi no Hi, literally meaning "Lion Fire"). However, Kamijiro has a mind of his own, putting Holdem at risk of being attacked by him. However, damage dealt by the lion will also hurt him, as he shares the same body as Holdem. Holdem carries a long sword with a star-shaped guard, and is seemingly proficient in using it, as he was confident in its power when attacking Luffy. However, he was unable to use it before Luffy took him out. He calls his blade the "Karakuri Sword", literally meaning "Entanglement Sword"). In the anime, it was shown to be able to split itself up to function as a whip blade, which can be set on fire by Kamijiro for extra damage. Hellfire Edge: An anime only technique, Holdem coats his whip-like blade with Kamijiro's fire and attacks his opponent with it.

After Gazelleman kidnapped Tama at Okobore Town, he reported to Holdem that he had captured the girl who tamed their baboon, and Holdem ordered Gazelleman to bring Tama to him. Gazelleman brought Tama to Holdem's quarters, and Holdem was annoyed at the Gifter's exhaustion after running. He then got mad at Kamijiro for staring at him, and the defiant lion responded by striking Holdem in the groin, hurting both of them. Holdem wanted to know how Tama managed to tame their baboon, and suspected that she had a Devil Fruit power despite her denial. He ordered a subordinate to get him some pliers so he could try pulling food out of her cheek. As Holdem was pulling on Tama's cheek, he received a report that the yokozuna Urashima had been attacked, but did not care. However, Urashima was then sent flying into Holdem's house by Monkey D. Luffy, and an annoyed Holdem confronted Luffy, putting Tama into Kamijiro's mouth and threatening to crush her. After Holdem accused Luffy's group of being accomplices with the thief Shutenmaru, Luffy managed to attack Kamijiro in the blink of an eye and free Tama. Soon afterwards, Luffy turned around to attack Holdem, and Holdem had Kamijiro breathe fire at the pirate as he prepared to strike Luffy with the Karakuri Sword. However, the flames were ineffective against Luffy, who struck Holdem in the face with a powerful Red Hawk punch, defeating him. Kamijiro remained conscious as Holdem laid unconscious on the ground. When he woke up later, he saw Kaido in Kuri and shook in fear, wondering if Kaido had come to execute him. He was then stunned to see his captain destroy the ruins of Kuri Castle. Several days later, Holdem ordered his men to set Mt. Atama on fire in order to kill Shutenmaru. Holdem heard about important events happening at the Flower Capital and ordered his men to turn on the Picture Tanishi to watch a broadcast. Holdem also commented that he wished he could show Shutenmaru dying in a fire to the whole country. Holdem later watched the broadcast of Yasuie's execution. Prior to the Fire Festival, Holdem confronted the Okobore Town citizens concerning the continued thefts from Paradise Farm. Tsuru approached Holdem, claiming that she would help him, but the Okobore Town citizens took the blame for the thefts. Holdem then burned Okobore Town to the ground.

Basil Hawkins

Basil Hawkins is an infamous pirate from North Blue known as the "Magician" and the captain of the Hawkins Pirates. He is one of twelve pirates who are referred to as the "Worst Generation". His previous known bounty amounted to Beli249,000,000, but after the timeskip, it was raised to Beli320,000,000. After encountering Kaido, he joined the Beasts Pirates and became one of the crew's Headliners. Hawkins is a tall man, with black triangle symbols on his eyebrows, red eyes, and golden hair that reaches down to his hips. He also has a black cross tattooed at the base of his throat that is at the front of his neck. His attire includes a pure white coat with a ruffled neckline and sleeves. He also wears purple trousers tucked inside black boots with white laces on them and a dark ornament made of fur circling the lower part of his torso, with a lighter shade in the middle of it. He also has a pink sash tied around his waist, with a piece of jewelry hanging from it. Hawkins also wears dark gloves similar to those worn by Blueno of CP9, and an armor-like armlet can be seen on his left arm around his left biceps, which also extends to cover his left shoulder. On his right hip he carries a sword with an elaborate pommel that resembles a voodoo doll.  During the Wano Country Arc, he wore a long black cape, a dark shirt (white in the anime) with a ruffled collar low enough to show his tattoo, a brown glove on his left hand, purple trousers with a checkered pattern with ruffles from the hems, a cream-colored cravat fastened by a dark cross-shaped pendant, and brown boots. He also wore a black and red violet armor-like armlet.

Hawkins portrays himself in a noble and enigmatic manner. In particular, he has a notion about foretelling the fate of everything that he sees. He notes the potential of death and fate in things from a person's clothing to other pirates. Hawkins is a fearsome pirate who, along with his crew, managed to survive the first half of the Grand Line and to enter the New World. His reputation granted him an astonishing bounty of Beli320,000,000, the fifth highest amongst the Supernovas, the same as Roronoa Zoro, and was strong enough to deal a crippling defeat to the entire Brownbeard Pirates. Another testament to his strength is the fact that he was able to injure Zoro, a person who barely got himself injured after his timeskip training, a feat only a few were able to do. As a Headliner, he holds a high position in the Beasts Pirates, had authority over lower-ranking members, and was one of the top authorities in Bakura Town along with Holdem and Speed.

Hawkins often speaks like a fortune teller and has been noted to mention reading "signs". He can use tarot cards to apparently assist him in determining the outcome of any event, as well as the likelihood of his own success. This proves to be very helpful in many situations, as it allows him to determine the outcome of a battle and act accordingly. His cards allow him to work out to a percentage of the chances of something happening. His predictions seem to be accurate quite often, as he was able to predict that he and his crew as well as the other Supernovas, would not perish at the hands of Kizaru. He also predicted that Luffy had a chance of surviving his injuries sustained in the war. It is yet to be explained how he is able to do this. He was wrong about his prediction concerning Brownbeard's fate though, as Hawkins said he saw the shadow of death in Brownbeard's face. Brownbeard however, survived. It is possible though that Hawkins was simply trying to scare Brownbeard. It is also possible he said this to mean that Brownbeard would come close to death (which he did) or be surrounded by his dead crewmates. Hawkins is shown using a deck of tarot cards. He originally used blue cards with a dark gray border and a yellow four-pointed star in the middle over a dark blue burst. After the timeskip, his cards are red with a yellow border and a dark red star over a black burst. In the anime, he went back to using blue cards during the Wano Country Arc.

When using his cards, he is initially seen attaching them to straw capable of housing a card on each stalk. After the timeskip, he is somehow capable of making his cards levitate in the air while he reads them. The anime shows him still using the straw at first before correcting this later. In the anime, starting in the Wano Country Arc, the cards seem to glow either bluish white or pinkish purple when he uses them. Hawkins also uses his cards in combat by drawing them and whatever effect they have on them. However, doing so is a double-edged sword, with the results as likely to be detrimental to him and his forces as being beneficial to them. He claims that the more risk he bears, he'll have a greater chance of being granted a good card. The effects of a card can change depending on whether it is drawn reversed or not. The card effects revealed are:  The Fool: Reversed: Hawkins described it as the most unfortunate card to draw since it's the card of internal discord. It caused some of his men to attack each other. The Hierophant: Reversed: Hawkins described it as the card of retribution. While its exact effects are unknown, it seemingly made Hawkins' Strawman technique bigger and stronger. Upright: Hawkins described it as a support card and it allowed him to predict that someone would help his enemies escape. Hawkins ate the Wara Wara no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows him to create and manipulate straw. He can cover himself in straw and make scarecrow-like straw avatars to aid his offense, and these creations also gain nail-based weapons. By using the straw to create straw voodoo dolls, he is able to redirect any instances of physical damage inflicted upon him to another person, leaving him unharmed but forcing his victim to take the damage amounting to what he would have. He was able to consecutively withstand a kick and a laser blast from Kizaru, the former having knocked him through a building. After bodily damage is taken, voodoo dolls that represent the people who took the damage are shed from his body, showing the effects of the attack. However, attacks on Hawkins' straw creations will harm him as well. Hawkins has great skill in swordsmanship supplemented with his Devil Fruit powers. He wields a sword created out of the straws produced by his power, allowing him to form a flexible yet sharp whip-like single-edged blade. He used it to pierce a steed that was thrown at his direction, stopping the creature from crashing into him. Hawkins can also use the pommel as a medium to produce his "Straw Man's Card" puppet, and to guide the puppet's movements.

King

King the Conflagration is an All-Star of the Beasts Pirates as one of Kaido's three closest confidants, the Disasters. He is part of a yet-to-be-identified race. King is a huge man, as tall as his fellow two All-Stars. While less broadly built than either, he is better-proportioned, being well-muscled and broad in the shoulders (but not overly top-heavy like Jack) with long limbs. Notably, a plume of fire ever rises from his back, befitting his epithet. King's natural looks are a mystery, seeing as he keeps himself entirely clad in an all-dark uniform that bares no skin - resembling a cross between biker and BDSM wear. The bottom layer is a form-fitting, almost gimp-like bodysuit made mainly of black/dark-bluish leather, with lighter-blue, white-studded leather bands variously covering it. Visible of such garment are the head and neck areas, the latter showing a zipper in the middle and two of said bands left and right. The head portion, a full-faced mask, leaves only two holes for King's narrow, reddish eyes (being fully black around the eyes, otherwise dark blue). Below the eyes is leather of flame-esque shape flanking a central, triangular strip of light blue to mark off the nose, mouth, and chin section (also beset with studs). Above the eyes are blue-lensed, gray-rimmed goggle pieces and on each side of the head, connected by a studded base, is a large, black spike akin to a horn.

Five more such spikes, only smaller, are located further on top upon a light-blue band that runs coronally into another one positioned like a headband, and crossing yet another that goes sagittally, with airholes around. Otherwise visible of the suit are the legs, each having three studded leather bands wrap around their upper halves plus a ring of the same material on each knee, and going inside black, high-heeled boots (once again with studded straps) whose high shafts end with jaggy, studded fold-overs. On top of the bodysuit is a dark-blue, double-breasted leather jacket, ten-buttoned in gold with notch lapels that have red, square skull patches sewn on, and wherefrom white ruffles emerge. Running straight down each side of the waist are two columns of yet more studs, and flat, two-part shoulder pads (black and double-trimmed with studs) are present on each side, down the upper arms with three curved spikes atop either (the outer ones the biggest). The tight sleeves of the jacket (each with two additional, stud-covered bands topping thinner strips along with three very small, white spikes above the wrists) are cuffless, ending in black gloves. Finally, seemingly from the back of King's jacket sprouts a pair of large, black-feathered wings.

Though it is unconfirmed if they are natural, their disappearance with King's pteranodon transformation may imply they are. Like Queen, King is extremely rude and critical of his crewmates, constantly deriding Queen and especially Jack for their accomplishments. However, despite their rivalry, he and Queen seem to have a mutual sense of disdain towards Jack. According to Queen, King is a pervert who loves torturing people. He shows initiative and is seemingly good at making big decisions under pressure, personally engaging with Big Mom and her crew to keep them from entering Wano despite not being ordered to do so by Kaido. Likewise, he is not intimidated by her, even outright rejecting the offer to join her crew. As an All-Star of the Beasts Pirates, King has great authority over the crew, second only to Kaido. Befitting his epithet, King can produce fire in his humanoid and pteranodon forms. King ate the Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Pteranodon, an Ancient Zoan Devil Fruit that allows him to transform into a hybrid and full pteranodon at will. This fruit gives him the ability to fly and in his full-beast form, he can perform extremely powerful attacks from midair, such as when he casually knocked back the Queen Mama Chanter, one of the largest ships seen so far, with enough force to throw off Big Mom herself.

King carries a large katana on his hip, befitting his size. It sports a plain-round, golden tsuba and matching gold kojiri, with tsuka-ito of dark-orange color forming traditional rhombus gaps, showing the lighter-orange same. During the battle against the Nine Red Scabbards 20 years ago, King was able to injure Raizo with his sword. 20 years ago when Kozuki Oden and the Nine Red Scabbards were on their way to Onigashima, the Beasts Pirates confronted them in the Udon region. In the ensuing battle, King fought Raizo. In the end, Oden and his allies were overwhelmed. King, Queen, and Jack were present when Kaido set Oden Castle ablaze in order to kill the Kozuki Family. On Onigashima, King reprimanded his fellow All-Star Jack for what had happened with the low amount of offerings from Kuri, and then asked him if he knew where to go for their next trade deal now that they could not rely on Doflamingo. While discussing it, he pointed at Queen and mentioned how Queen was already incompetent, causing the two of them to engage in an argument. When the Big Mom Pirates attempted to climb the waterfall around Wano Country on the Queen Mama Chanter and were just about to reach the top, King flew in and attacked, causing the ship to flip over and sending Big Mom into the sea below. Around two days later, Queen brought Big Mom to Onigashima and scolded King for not being thorough in eliminating her. Big Mom told King that she would forgive him if he joined her crew, as she recognized him as one of the few races that were not part of Totto Land, but King refused her offer. Prior to the Fire Festival's beginning, King heard that the Numbers had returned to Wano, of which he informed Queen. Later, during the beginning stages of the festival, King appeared before Kaido to confirm that it was he who had summoned the Tobiroppo in Kaido's name, for the purpose of having them find the latter's son, Yamato. Kaido then offered to let the Tobiroppo challenge the All-Stars for their positions should they succeed, to which both King and Jack had no objection.

Black Maria

Black Maria is a Headliner and one of the Tobiroppo of the Beasts Pirates. Black Maria is an extremely large, albeit well-proportioned woman who may be a giant, part giant, or simply an abnormally large human; she is shown to tower over the already huge All-Star King. Her light hair is styled like a geisha's, with two swords notably being part of its arrangement. She has a pair of long, slightly curved dark horns atop her head, wears prominent lipstick, and carries a long smoking pipe. She wears a low-cut dark kimono that leaves her right shoulder exposed and an obi around her waist, both with floral patterns.

Black Maria appears to have a flirtatious personality, as she coyly expressed her approval at Ulti's short-tempered attitude. However, she along with the other Tobiroppo members became serious and shocked when Ulti spoke rudely about Kaido.

As a Headliner in the Beasts Pirates, Black Maria holds a high position in her crew and has authority over the lower-ranking members, and as a member of the Tobiroppo, she also is among the strongest Headliners, with only Kaido and the All-Stars ranking above her. Black Maria and the other Tobiroppo members arrived at Onigashima during the Fire Festival. Kaido had them brought into his fortress, and as they waited to meet with him, Black Maria enjoyed watching Ulti become confrontational with anyone who annoyed her. However, she and the other Tobiroppo members became shocked when Ulti spoke rudely about Kaido as she questioned the purpose of their meeting. When Kaido arrived, he gave them the mission of finding his son Yamato, saying he would let them battle one of the All-Stars for their position if they succeeded.

Black Maria is likely named after the British card game of the same name, fitting with the card game-themed names of the Headliners. "Black Maria" is also the nickname of the Queen of Spades card.

Ulti

Ulti is a Headliner and one of the Tobiroppo of the Beasts Pirates. Ulti is a fairly tall woman with long legs. She has long, dark hair with light streaks in it, and has a pair of horns on her head that resemble bull horns. Her eyes are very large and round with pronounced eyelashes, and she wears an embroidered mask over her mouth and nose. She wears a short, long-sleeved dress with a bow around the collar, a long dark cape with furry edges that goes down near the ground, and high-heeled shoes. Ulti is incredibly rude and short-tempered, regularly threatening violence against people who annoy her.

Not even the likes of Queen or Kaido, both her direct superiors, are safe from her vitriol, implying that she's not afraid of them at all (something that shocks even her fellow Tobiroppo). She also has no problem in acting in a highly casual manner towards her captain, even showing brief, but loud joy during their reunion. Ulti has been shown to be extremely protective toward Page One (whom she addresses in a way typically reserved for young children) though this doesn't safe-guard him from the degree of antagonism that she extends to the rest of her crew-mates.  She ends most of her sentences with "de-arinsu", a polite expression meaning "to be" that's often utilized by geisha (in the Viz version, she utilizes sophisticated words instead).

According to Page One, this verbal tic is a new behavior. As a Headliner in the Beasts Pirates, Ulti holds a high position in her crew and has authority over the lower-ranking members, and as a member of the Tobiroppo, she also is among the strongest Headliners, with only Kaido and the All-Stars ranking above her. Ulti and the other Tobiroppo members arrived at Onigashima during the Fire Festival. Kaido had them brought into his fortress, and as they waited to meet with him, Queen tried to get them involved in the festivities, to Ulti's derision. Ulti questioned why Kaido wanted to meet with them and asked if he was dumb, which immediately caused the other Tobiroppo to react with sharp disapproval. When Kaido arrived, he gave them the mission of finding his son Yamato, saying he would let them battle one of the All-Stars for their position if they succeeded. Ulti is likely named after the Hungarian card game of the same name, fitting with the other card game-themed names of the Headliners.

Page One

Page One is a Headliner and one of the Tobiroppo of the Beasts Pirates. Page One is a young-looking man with long purple hair that is all swept off to one side while the other appears to be shaved off. He also has sharp, angular eyes with no visible eyebrows. His name is diagonally tattooed on his upper body, with "P" on his right arm, "AGE" on his chest, and "1" on his left shoulder. In his human form, he is shown wearing a horned bucket hat and a mask covering his jaw area, both being symmetrically bi-colored. He also wears a long-sleeved shirt and a cape. In his dinosaur form, he wears a pair of dark pants as well as a dark vest tied around his pants. He also wears dark gloves that go to his elbows.

Page One believes that anyone rebelling against the administration of Wano should be made an example of, and thus has no qualms about a powerful pirate like him being sent to deal with such instances. As a result, he is violent in his missions, destroying multiple soba shops while looking for Sanji and had no pity for the shop owners he wrongly attacked, viewing his actions as necessary to coerce Sanji into revealing himself. He is also very gluttonous, eating the soba from one of the shops he wrongly attacked, and decided to attack a fruit shop just because he felt like eating fruit. However, when together with the rest of the Tobiroppo, Page One seems to take a far meeker disposition, becoming flustered when his peers start looking down on him. In particular, Ulti seems to embarrass him the most with her personality quirks and overall disrespectful behavior, although he seems to still hold respect for her with the way he addresses Ulti as "big sis". As a Headliner in the Beasts Pirates, Page One holds a high position in his crew and has authority over the lower-ranking members. As a member of the Tobiroppo, he is among the strongest Headliners, with only Kaido and the All-Stars ranking above him.

Page One ate the Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Spinosaurus, an Ancient Zoan Devil Fruit that gives him the ability to transform into a spinosaurus. As a spinosaurus, he possesses tremendous strength, particularly in his jaws and tail, which are capable of effortlessly destroying buildings. In his hybrid form, his arms become long enough to use in combat and possess great strength as well, being able to overpower a kick from a Raid Suit-enhanced Sanji and send Sanji flying through several buildings. Page One and X Drake were sent to the Flower Capital by Queen to kill a soba stand owner named Sangoro. Page One then went on a rampage, attacking soba stands in search of his target. Sanji eventually came and attacked him, and Page One contacted his comrades to come to their location as he confronted the cook. Sanji donned his Raid Suit, and when Page One attempted to attack him, Sanji turned invisible and kicked Page One in the stomach.

Page One then transformed into his hybrid form and swiped at Sanji with his arm, overpowering Sanji's kick and sending him crashing through several buildings. Thinking Sanji was dead, Page One prepared to bring him to Kyoshiro, only for Sanji to drop down from above and attack him again. The outcome of the fight was not shown, but Sanji was able to escape the Flower Capital. On the day of the Fire Festival, Page One arrived at Onigashima with the rest of the Tobiroppo. They then sat down to wait to meet with Kaido and bickered amongst themselves. When Kaido arrived, he gave them the mission of finding his son Yamato, saying he would let them battle one of the All-Stars for their position if they succeeded. In the manga, the outcome of his fight with Sanji in the Flower Capital was not shown. In the anime, Sanji fled the scene after delivering a powerful kick but without leaving Page One incapacitated. Page One is named after the real-life card game of the same name. This fits with the card game-themed names of the Beasts Pirates' Headliners. Like X Drake, Page One has a numeral on his name and also tattoed on his chest.  In Page One's first manga appearance, his full beast form originally lacked his u-shaped eyebrow and had a more realistic appearance. In his first anime appearance, he is seen with his later design.

Onigashima

Onigashima is a New World island and a region of Wano Country, which serves as the official base of operations for the Beasts Pirates, including the Yonko Kaido, the All-Stars, and the Numbers. Onigashima is a mountainous island that is very difficult to access outside the front gate, which connects directly to the sea, allowing ships to sail in. The waters surrounding the island are apparently lined with whirlpools that make navigating around it nearly impossible unless one utilizes specialized watercraft like a submarine. The island itself has a port where ships can dock. Notable structures in this port include a gigantic katana piercing the ground, water spouters that resemble oni faces, an enormous wagasa decorated with paper lanterns. The entrance to the port is lined with two statues depicting kitsune and a stairwell appears to connect the port to the interior of the central skull-shaped mountain. The torii is a small fortress located at sea, right in front of Onigashima.

It is heavily armed and serves as the first line of defense of the Beasts Pirates, having a number of the crew's soldiers stationed there.  The most notable landmark of Onigashima is a large rock formation resembling a skull with horns. This mountain appears to have multiple rectangular rocks on and around it, and is easily visible from a great distance. Based on the mansion's location, the skull's interior has a winter climate. Kaido resides in a giant mansion inside the skull-shaped mountain. Although it has yet to be shown in full, the mansion appears to occupy a considerable portion of the island's interior, being large enough to house the abnormally large top ranking members of the Beasts Pirates. Inside the mansion is a cell which was once occupied by Eustass Kid. According to the blueprints Kin'emon acquired from Ashura Doji, the mansion has a rear entrance accessible only from the back of the skull-shaped mountain.  According to Kin'emon, Minatomo built Kaido's residence.

X Drake and some other Beasts Pirates were outside Kaido's lair on Onigashima when they received news of Joker's defeat, which they tried shouting out to Kaido, unaware that he had gone to the Ballon Terminal. Sometime later, Kaido returned to his lair and received a call from Scratchmen Apoo, telling him they lost contact with Jack. Realizing his plans to take back Doflamingo had failed, Kaido drank a lot and suffered from intense mood swings, including a rage that caused him to hit some of his subordinates through the roof of his lair. Kaido received a call from Big Mom, who told him she would be coming to his territory to kill Luffy despite his adamant refusal. Back at Onigashima, Jack was scolded by fellow All-Stars King and Queen because the offerings from the Kuri region had been decreasing lately. After Queen captured Big Mom and brought her to Onigashima, Kaido and Big Mom met face to face and the two clashed until they decided to form an alliance to conquer the world. Around this time, the Numbers also return alongside Scratchmen Apoo to Onigashima for the Fire Festival. On the day of the Fire Festival, the Ninja-Pirate-Mink-Samurai Alliance commenced the raid on Onigashima. The Straw Hats reached the torii and defeated all the Beasts Pirates members stationed there.

Udon

Udon is a region located at the southeast of Wano Country currently under the rule of the All-Star Queen of the Beasts Pirates. It is an industrialized region of weapon factories where the lower-class are forced to work to exhaustion and death. Udon is mostly a wasteland with weapon factories where the workforce is mostly prisoners as slave labor to the point of death. Before Kaido's occupation of the country, Udon was covered in a thick forest. However, this forest was burned down during a fight between the Beasts Pirates and Kozuki Oden and his retainers. Tokage Port is Udon's port and one of six in Wano. It was set to be the backup meeting place for the Ninja-Pirate-Mink-Samurai Alliance. On the night before their planned attack, the port was seemingly attacked and was left in ruins. The port's name contains the kanji for "eternal" and "shadow". Tokage is also the Japanese word for "lizard", thus the port is represented as a lizard.

Twenty years ago, after Kozuki Oden lost his patience with Orochi's heinous acts, he gathered his retainers to take him down. Their first stop was Onigashima, where they planned on taking out Kaido, but they were confronted by him and his crew on the way. Unwilling to stand back, Oden launched forward, attacking the massive army with his retainers. While Oden charged at Kaido, the Scabbards fought off the crew, who outnumbered them a hundred to one. After a fierce battle, during which the untouchable Kaido suffered a grave injury, Kurozumi Higurashi transformed into Oden's son, Momonosuke, and distracted Oden long enough for Kaido to strike him from behind. Soon after Oden and his retainers fell, they were imprisoned in the Flower Capital. Sometime during the battle, a fire broke out and set the forest that was the battleground aflame for five days before the rain put it out. As the Beasts Pirates took over Wano Country and Orochi rose to power, Udon was converted into a series of weapon factories which served as a labor camp, where all of Orochi's dissidents who openly rebelled against him are imprisoned and sentenced to harsh penal labor for life. Among them are the Yakuza bosses, including Hyogoro the most influential Yakuza himself. Thirteen years ago, Kawamatsu was captured and imprisoned here. Unlike his fellow prisoners, Kawamatsu was not sentenced to harsh labor and was simply tightly tied up in his cell due to his immense fighting prowess which was deemed a significant threat.

The Beasts Pirates tried to weaken Kawamatsu into submission by feeding him poisoned fish daily but to no avail. Eustass Kid and Monkey D. Luffy were later imprisoned in Udon. Raizo infiltrated Udon to liberate Luffy and coincidentally discovered Kawamatsu in his cell. After recruiting Caribou whose Numa Numa no Mi was a useful asset, Raizo secretly approached Hyogoro and informed the latter of the upcoming revolution planned by Kin'emon. Extremely happy to learn that the Kozuki Revolution was still possible with the Nine Red Scabbards and Kozuki Momonosuke being alive, Hyogoro explained to Raizo of the immense numbers of potential allies they could gain by recruiting all his fellow prisoners. Later, at Tama's idea, an amnesiac Big Mom was manipulated into invading Udon much to the shock of Queen and the Beast Pirates stationed in Udon. As Caribou cut off Udon's communications, Big Mom rampaged in Udon in search of Oshiruko. She was later subdued and personally escorted by Queen to Onigashima, leaving behind a liberated Luffy who managed to convince all of Udon's prisoners to rise up and fight against the oppression of the Beast Pirates. After Udon was conquered and turned into a base of operation for the Kozuki Family's revolution, Tama tamed Babanuki and had him give a false report to Queen to avoid any suspicion. Over the next couple of days, while the liberated prisoners prepare for the strike against the Beasts Pirates, Luffy used the time and space to train and master his new technique. On the day of the Fire Festival, Momonosuke's group reached Tokage Port to find it in ruins, and their allies missing. This was the result of Orochi's plan to foil their plot, and destroyed all access to Udon.

Kuri

Kuri is a region of Wano Country. It used to be under the rule of the daimyo Kozuki Oden until the invasion of Beasts Pirates and Kurozumi Orochi. All-Star Jack of the Beasts Pirates is the current ruler of the region. Most of Kuri is a wasteland where tigers, boars, and wanizame roam wild since the samurai strong enough to catch them are either prisoners or bandits, and the animals are poisonous to humans since they drink the polluted river water from the mine and weapons factory. Shogun Kurozumi Orochi and Kaido have their own personal, unpolluted farms with clean water and produce. Amigasa Village was a village in Kuri where Tama, Tenguyama Hitetsu, and Komachiyo reside. It is located in a clearing of a bamboo forest, and has a river nearby. The houses are made from bamboo fibers and are shaped like Kabuto helmets with a chonmage on top. Four years ago, the villagers suffered from starvation and were saved by the arrival of Portgas D. Ace and the Spade Pirates, who gave the villagers their food supply. Following that, Ace befriend the residents and learned from them how to make straw hats. A year ago, the village was destroyed by X Drake under Kaido's order, taking down the five guardian samurai and leaving the houses in ruins. From the weapons factory built within the vicinity, the river's water was poisoned, and Tama became ill when she drank out of it. While training, Momonosuke discussed about his little sister Hiyori with Tama. Kin'emon would go there to make a base of operations. "Amigasa" is a woven straw hat made from bamboo fibers. Okobore Town is a town in Kuri's wasteland and where Tsuru's tea house is located. It is located at the foot of a large Torii opposite of the Bakura Town. It is a poor town, as everything made there is made from leftovers, as well as its residents are leftovers from other poor towns. The residents are also the workforce for the weapons factory in the region. Big Mom was brought here and served oshiruko before setting out to Udon. The town was burned down and destroyed after its citizens accepted the blame for the Nine Red Scabbards stealing more food. Okobore means "leftovers" in Japanese.

Bakura Town is where the officials and the Beast Pirates reside. It is located at the foot of the mountain where Kuri Castle used to be, and it has a large Torii at its entrance. In the past, it was populated by many Wano residents; however, once Orochi came into power, he removed those he deemed worthless and only allowed those he deemed essential to remain. As such, the very few civilians left consist of only a few business owners allowed to remain as a means of keeping certain businesses available for the officials. It also has its own firefighter service equipped with a fire bell for quick response. A Great Sumo Wrestler Tournament was held here where the winner who defeats Urashima would be awarded 500 Gold. There is an unnamed abandoned village at the foot of Mt. Atama. After the destruction of Oden Castle, it became the Ninja-Pirate-Mink-Samurai Alliance's base. It is where the group store their supplies and weapons. Kuri Beach is a deserted beach at Kuri. It is where Luffy and the Thousand Sunny washed ashore after the Sanji Retrieval Team reached Wano. It is also where Tama, Chopper, Momonosuke, and Kikunojo found Big Mom with no memory. The Thousand Sunny was moved and hidden in a nearby cave. The night before the Fire Festival, the Beasts Pirates destroyed the cave with the ship still inside. Kuri Castle, commonly known by its moniker, Oden Castle, was the residential place for the Kozuki Family, the ruling family of Kuri until 20 years ago. It was located at the top of a mountain near Okobore Town. It is now in ruins, and has a graveyard with headstones for the Kozuki Family members and their retainers, as well as some supposedly deceased members. It has became a base of operation for the Ninja-Pirate-Mink-Samurai Alliance, and a hiding place for the Heart Pirates. Kaido destroyed the castle after he was told that some of them were there. Shinobu saved the men by creating a sinkhole with her Juku Juku no Mi, while Sanji saved the women. The Paradise Farm is located deep in Bakura Town, behind a large gate. It is a large farm that rears all types of crops and animals. It used to be under the Kozuki Family's rule which Oden originally built for the sake of his citizens, but it now belongs to the shogun Kurozumi Orochi and is run by the Beasts Pirates. Due to Kuri's current state, it is the only source of clean supplies in the region. A Treasure Ship of Provisions, guarded in by Headliner Speed, is brought into Bakura Town daily. It is also the target of Shutenmaru's Mt. Atama Thieves.

Mt. Atama is a small, grassy mountain of oval shape, having a large, single tree at the top and surrounded by a forest at the bottom. It is the hideout of the Mt. Atama Thieves. Holdem set fire to the surrounding forest, destroying their hideout, as retribution for the theft of Bakura Town's food and weapons. Ten years after the Beasts Pirates takeover of Wano, a group of samurai attempted to attack Onigashima and died. Their graves are placed here. Itachi Port is Kuri's port and one of six in Wano. It is located in the southwest and is where Ashura Doji gathered together the ships destroyed by Kaido. Franky, alongside Usopp, minks, and Wano citizens, set about repairing the ships in preparation for the attack on Onigashima. The night before the Fire Festival, the Beasts Pirates destroyed the fleet of ships. The port's name contains the kanji for "heroic". Itachi is also the Japanese word for "weasel". At age 20, Kozuki Oden came to the Kuri region and challenged Ashura and defeated him. Using coercion and charisma, Oden reformed all the outlaws into law biding citizens to rebuild the region into a town and also construct his personal castle. Building the Paradise Farm to feed all of the reformed outlaws in exchange for their efforts and labor, bringing great peace and prosperity to the entire Kuri region. Out of immense respect and gratitude, Kinemon, Raizo, Kanjuro, Kikunojo, Kawamatsu, Denjiro, and Ashura Doji pledged to served Oden as his direct subordinates and became retainers for the Kozuki Family. Recently, the Beasts Pirates have been occupying Wano Country and have taken over most of the country's regions. One of the country's daimyo, Oden, was executed by Kaido and the resident shogun for refusing to give out information about the "True History" that he found out during his time as a member of the Roger Pirates. This caused Oden's son, Kozuki Momonosuke, and three of his retainers, Kin'emon, Kanjuro, and Raizo to flee the country and journey to Zou, where they could meet with the two leaders of the Mink Tribe, Inuarashi and Nekomamushi. For safety reasons, Momonosuke was instructed by Kin'emon to pretend to be his own son. While at a market in Kuri, Tama was overheard by members of the Beast Pirates as she was talking about the Kozuki Family, and they captured her. When Komachiyo tried to save Tama, the Beast Pirates sent Hihimaru to attack and chase it. They ran into Monkey D. Luffy, who stopped the beasts fighting, defeated a few members of the Beast Pirates, and freed Tama. Tama brought Luffy back to her home to feed him, but Tenguyama Hitetsu, Tama's master, attacked Luffy after he unknowingly ate Tama's only food. She drank river water polluted by Kaido's factories and became ill after trying to stop their scuffle.

Hakumai

Hakumai is a region located in the northeast of Wano Country. The former Daimyo was Shimotsuki Yasuie of the Shimotsuki Family. Around 41 years ago, under Yasuie's leadership, Hakumai was a successful region with a strong armed forced, who protected Wano's only legal port. Around 41 Years ago, when Shimotsuki Yasuie was the daimyo of the region, and he led a strong military force that protected Wano Country from those coming from outside its borders through the Mogura Port. Hakumai was seen to have an autumn like environment, with Maple Tree-like trees at a statue of exfoliation. Hakumai is filled with ruined buildings, with a very few standing structures. Around 41 Years ago, Hakumai's buildings were still standing, and had curved roofs. As the rest of Wano Country, Hakumai had passages called Great Bridge, which connected Hakumai to is neighboring regions, Ringo, Udon, and the Flower Capital, however two of them were destroyed by Orochi's men to prevent the alliance's plot, leaving only the one connecting to the capital standing. Enma Shrine is an isolated location within the forest of Hakumai.

It is small, thou large enough for Hiyori to be completely hidden there, and heavily damage due to unknown reason, but it was shown to have a small statue in its front, and paper doors. It served as a hiding place for Denjiro after the death of Kozuki Oden, while he went through his transformation into "Kyoshiro". Mogura Port is one of the two ports in Hakumai, and the only legal port in Wano Country. Its sea entrance has lifts that lead to the surface, and is located at the end of a cavern hidden behind a waterfall. The port's name contains the kanji for "submerge". Mogura is also the Japanese for the animal "mole". Habu Port is the other port in Hakumai, and is maintained due to Orochi annual visit to Onigashima during the yearly Fire Festival. It has a tower-like structure like a lighthouse. The port's name contains the kanji for "blade" and "military power".

Habu is also the Japanese for a species of pit viper, thus the port is represented as a snake. After the Mountain God Incident, and Kozuki Oden's banishment from the Flower Capital, Oden followed by Kin'emon and Denjiro traveled to Hakumai and stayed there with Shimotsuki Yasuie. During their stay, Yasuie tried to convince Oden to accept his rule as the next shogun, which Oden refute much to Yasuie's anger. Shortly after Oden left Hakumai, Yasuie's servants reported about the damages done to the room he stayed in, and the theft of the money in the safe. 33 Years ago, Oden's retainers tried to steal money to support Oden, but were cought and brought infront of Yasuie, who gave them the money, as well as more funds and advice on how to properly support Oden. 20 years ago, after Oden's execution, Denjiro hid in Enma Shrine after escaping Orochi's men and the Beasts Pirates. There he let his rage transform him into "Kyoshiro" Some time during the past 20 years, the region was mostly destroyed. A week before the upcoming Fire Festival, after the execution of Shimotsuki Yasuie, Roronoa Zoro and Kozuki Hiyori were chased by the Orochi Oniwabanshu, and found shelter at Enma Shrine in Hakumai. Five days before the Festival Scratchmen Apoo, his crew, and the Numbers arrived to Hakumai through the Mogura Port. On the night before the Fire Festival, Kurozumi Orochi orchestrated an attack on the bridges leading to and from Hakumai from its neighboring regions: Udon and Ringo, except for the one connecting to the Flower Capital. On the day of the Fire Festival Orochi and his men set sail toward Onigashima, as they do every year for the past 20 years.

Flower Capital

The Flower Capital is a region of Wano Country currently under the rule of Kurozumi Orochi.  The Flower Capital is currently the only location in Wano to be prosperous, due to the shogun Orochi's corrupt administration. Despite this, various crimes run rampant throughout the capital, such as crossroad killings committed by a magistrate and Kamazo, theft by Ushimitsu Kozo, and racketeering from the Kyoshiro Family. By law, the citizens of Flower Capital must have money. Anyone who runs out for any reason will be exiled. The capital is divided into areas known as districts, each covering several streets including the 2nd district's 8th and 6th streets.  The Red-Light District is an area of the Flower Capital where people are sold to perform services, predominantly prostitution. Komurasaki the oiran lived here. When the 8-year-old Tama was captured by the Beasts Pirates, they considered selling her in the Red-Light District. "Red-light district" is the real world term for places where prostitutes and sex shops are concentrated. Rasetsu Town is an area of the Flower Capital where, up to a 1,000 people, are imprisoned for crimes against the shogun and Kaido, including showing loyalty to their enemies, the Kozuki Family. It has a large two-story prison with a lattice fence on the ground level surrounded by pikes so citizens could see the price of betrayal.

The second level has traditional vertical bars. There is a large kanji "牢" above the entrance. Rasetsu is the Japanese name for the Hindu figure Rakshasa. Orochi Castle is where the shogun Kurozumi Orochi resides. It is located on a large plant at the center of the capital. Inside is a banquet hall, where Orochi entertains guests, a storage room, a well and space inside the roof for ninja to hide. In the basement, behind a heavy door, is a poneglyph surrounded by kokeshi dolls. A school where children are fed propaganda by Sarahebi on Wano's history. Along with Sanji's, there are a few soba stands throughout the city like the one on 6th street in the 2nd district. Sakyo is where a tall pagoda is located behind Orochi's Castle, and it is where Kyoshiro resides. A pawn shop where blueprints of Kaido's fortress were held until Kumagoro bought them. The Longhouses are owned by Kobe and one of his tenants is Kumagoro. The Bath House is a popular location for the residents to relax. According to Shinobu, it is unisex and the water there is warmer as that is the way the residents prefer. It is runned by large male octopi. Being a popular location, discussions held there are easy to eavesdrop upon and gather information. Right on the Flower Capital's southwest border is an extremely tall mountain called Mt. Fuji. It reaches up into the sky, with its summit reaching the clouds. It may have been named after the real-life Mt. Fuji, a well-known symbol and the highest mountain in Japan. A dock outside the capital where Brook, Robin, Usopp and Toko escaped. Directly to the east of the city is a leftovers town called Ebisu Town. Much of it is made of longhouses. Its residents, while extremely poor, all follow a philosophy of always being positive and constantly laugh about their troubles. In reality, this is because they're unable to express any other emotions, no matter how they really feel, due to the effects of eating the leftover defective SMILE fruits.

After Sanji fled from city, he regrouped with Law, Franky and Usopp here. The town may have been named after Ebisu, one of the Seven Gods of Fortune who was known as "the laughing god" as he was mirthful in spite of his hardships, similar to the residents of the town. But, while the god's mirthfulness is genuine, the residents' smiles are described as masks that they're incapable of taking off. In the past, Wano Country was ruled by the Kozuki Family, with Kozuki Sukiyaki being the shogun. Sukiyaki banished his son, Kozuki Oden, to the Kuri region due to his rebellious acts. After the Beasts Pirates took over the country, Kurozumi Orochi was declared the new shogun, and kept the country isolated from the rest of the world. Under the shogun's rule, the capital prospered while the rest of Wano suffered a great decline in resources. At a certain point in time, Kamazo started murdering the capital residents for an unknown reason. As part of their plan to take down Kaido, the Ninja-Pirate-Mink-Samurai Alliance infiltrated the capital under aliases and began their plan to covertly acquire information and allies. However, due to him carrying Shusui, Zoro was accused of a series of murders, which landed him on trial by the real culprit. After his defeat in Kuri, the news about Luffy reach his crewmates. However, the alliance's plan continued as planed. Similar to Zoro, Sanji also attracted unwanted attention from the Kyoshiro Family, and as a result, was targeted by assassins from the Beasts Pirates. At the same time, the Oiran Komurasaki traveled toward Orochi Castle for a banquet. On the way, she and her escorts encountered Bingo who revealed Komurasaki's true nature, but was exiled from the capital due to his status. Afterwards, Franky returned to his undercover job as a carpenter under Minatomo guidance, in hopes of finding the blueprints of Kaido's resident on Onigashima. However, Minatomo revealed that he no longer has them. Franky was fired for lashing out and he began searching for them by visiting every person who had them. Meanwhile, Orochi had a meeting with CP-0 and had high demands for the the export of weapons, before starting his banquet to celebrate the upcoming Fire Festival. Back on the streets of Wano, Queen's assassins were revealed to be X Drake and Page One. As the Straw Hats and Law escaped the scene, Page One started destroying any shops he saw and told the owners to call for Sangoro to reveal himself. Despite Law's warnings, Sanji confronted and attacked Page One.

Ringo

Ringo is a region located in the north of Wano Country. The former Daimyo was Shimotsuki Ushimaru of the Shimotsuki Family. Ringo has a heavy wintry climate and it is always snowy. It is said it is so cold that people buried there do not decompose, and their bodies are preserved, something known as Eternal Grave. In the past, about 41 years ago, Ringo was shown to be stable, under the leadership of Shimotsuki Ushimaru, and despite the hard weather, was prosperous enough for living in. Thirteen years ago, Ringo was shown to not have any residents other the Onimaru, and the houses were covered by a much thicker layer of snow, giving it a deserted and run down appearance, making the majority of the region a wastelands. That situation lasts even in current times, as the houses are now completely covered under the snow and broken down. So far, Ringo was seen to only have one village. It has sturdy houses, as they were still inhabitable despite being collapsed.

At the back of the village, there is a large bridge with a castle on it. The bridge serves as a border between the village and the cemetery. By the time Kawamatsu arrived to Ringo thirteen years ago, the village was abandoned with the exception of Onimaru, few of the houses were still standing, half of the bridge was missing, and the castle was tilted. In the village lies a underground chamber filled with weapons by Kawamatsu and Onimaru. The Northern Cemetery, is a graveyard, which is said to be haunted. Because of the cold, it follows Ringo's practice of the Eternal Grave, bodies can be preserved for hundreds of years with katanas they've carried since birth as grave markers. Some of them were famed meito attracting grave robbers. Oihagi Bridge is at the entrance to Ringo, leading to the Northern Cemetery. Kaeru Port  is Ringo's port and one of six in Wano. The port's name contains the kanji for "to return". Kaeru is also the Japanese word for "frog". Hanayanagi School was a dance school owned by Izo and Kikunojo's father before he was arrested and the family was torn apart. After his death, Ryuma was laid to rest along with his meito, Shusui at the Northern Cemetery. 23 years ago, after the battle between the Beasts Pirates and the Gecko Pirates, Ryuma's corpse and sword were taken. Thirteen years ago, Kawamatsu made his way to Ringo to commit seppuku after losing Kozuki Hiyori. He came across Onimaru chasing out grave robbers. The two formed a bond and collected weapons for the Kozuki Family's return under the guise "Gyukimaru" before Kawamatsu's capture. After what happened at Orochi Castle, Nami, Shinobu, Kanjuro, Brook, and Nico Robin regrouped at the Northern Cemetery to discuss the intel they had gathered during the banquet.

Later, Roronoa Zoro ended up in Ringo as he pursued the mysterious Gyukimaru, who had managed to somehow steal Shusui, a national treasure of Wano. After catching up to the thief at Oihagi Bridge, Zoro became interested not only in retrieving Shusui, but also the weapons Gyukimaru had in his person, wanting to take them as supplies for the Ninja-Pirate-Mink-Samurai Alliance. During the clash, Toko and Kozuki Hiyori were chased by Kamazo until Zoro intervened. Hiyori begged for his help while still fighting Gyukimaru before finally beating Kamazo. After his victory, Zoro passed out from his injuries while Gyukimaru fled. At the Northern Cemetery, Zoro was tended to by Hiyori, who was searching for her brother. Zoro was surprised to learn that she was Momonosuke's little sister and what has happened since Oden Castle burned down. Later, Brook came upon them while they were sleeping and told them about Tonoyasu's execution, leading to a mad dash back to the Flower Capital. The next day, Zoro and Hiyori went back to Oihagi Bridge where he fought Gyukimaru again. During the clash, Kawamatsu intervened and reunited with Hiyori. Just then, victims of Gyukimaru thefts, armed with firearms, came for revenge only to be stopped by Zoro and Kawamatsu, letting Gyukimaru flee. While Zoro chased Gyukimaru to an abandoned town, Kawamatsu told Hiyori what happened after she left and about Ringo's history while making their way to Zoro. After finding the underground chamber, Kawamatsu made contact with Kin'emon while Hiyori pleaded Zoro to return Shusui in exchange for Enma. Seven days before the battle on Onigashima, Zoro accepted Hiyori's offer and made plans to visit Ryuma's grave. The next day, the Katana Retrieval Team led by Cho came to collect the katanas when news of the altered secret message arrived.
