Dabi

Toya Todoroki is a major antagonist in the My Hero Academia manga and anime series. He is the eldest son of Pro Hero Endeavor, driven insane due to his neglectful actions, faking his death and becoming a villain as revenge. He became affiliated with the League of Villains, a former member of the organization's since disbanded Vanguard Action Squad, and later one of the nine lieutenants of the Paranormal Liberation Front. Alongside his teammates, he serves as one the main antagonists in the Forest Training Camp Arc, Pro Hero Arc, and Paranormal Liberation War Arc. Having been trained by his father, Endeavor, at a young age, and undergoing rigorous self-training, Dabi has proven to be a powerful villain, being one of the strongest members of the League of Villains' Vanguard Action Squad, as well as its de facto leader. After joining the League, Dabi has killed over thirty people, garnering a reputation as a dangerous criminal and a mass murderer.

Dabi has an effective handle on his powerful, yet hazardous Quirk, which not only grants him control over his self-generated blue flames that are stronger than normal flames, due to hating his father, but also proficient wide-range capabilities. Dabi primarily fights from a distance, shooting fireballs, generating flamethrower attacks, and releasing bursts of fire when at close range. His basic offense is using the brute force of his Quirk to overwhelm his enemies. Defensively, Dabi can burn away attacks and even generate massive walls of fire to surround his targets. With this skill and power, he can incinerate an entire group of opponents in mere seconds. Overall, Dabi has the capacity and ingenuity to contend with a multitude of adversaries who outnumber him. The immense capabilities of Dabi's Quirk allowed him to repel the Bakugo Escort squad during the Vanguard Action Squad Invasion, fight off multiple Meta Liberation Army members and emerge unscathed, as well as extensively fight on par with Geten, one of the MLA's strongest members. He even completely overpowered Hawks, the No. 2 Hero, primarily due to pyrokinetics being major weakness to Hawks' Fierce Wings. These feats are proven to be even more impressive as Dabi never relied on his Flashfire techniques in any of these encounters. Dabi's Quirk finesse also enables him to fly and hover in the air much like his father and youngest brother. In the Paranormal Liberation War, Dabi began utilizing his father's Flashfire Fist techniques in combat and was not only able to instantly burn through Best Jeanist's Carbon Fibers, but effortlessly dominated Shoto (also using Flashfire Fist) in a battle of flames. The disparity in their abilities was so great, Dabi could hold back and defeat Shoto with a single Jet Burn, without killing him. Dabi's Quirk grants him the ability to generate highly destructive blue flames from his body. He has very well-developed control of his flames and can project them a fair distance from himself and in large amounts. Furthermore, his flames possess greater firepower than that of his father, Endeavor's, Hellflame Quirk, and they become even stronger when Dabi feels strong emotions. However, Dabi's body has a low tolerance for his own flames, due to inheriting his mother's resistance to freezing temperatures, rather than his father's resistance to high heat, and he will get burned if he uses them for prolonged periods of time.

Tomura Shigaraki

Tomura Shigaraki is the primary antagonist of the My Hero Academia manga and anime series. He is the leader of the League of Villains, making his first major appearance as one of the main antagonists of the U.S.J. Arc. He was raised by his master, All For One, with the goal to kill All Might, the "Symbol of Peace," and ultimately destroying the society he represents. He soon merged his organization and the Meta Liberation Army to form the Paranormal Liberation Front, becoming its Grand Commander and later inheriting the All For One Quirk. He's currently fighting for control over his body against All For One, as the two vestiges begin to merge into a new being. Tomura is known to be the most powerful villain in Japan if not the world, surpassing that of All For One himself, contending with Pro Heroes in combat thanks to his physical and analytical skills. As the leader of the League of Villains, Tomura has total command over his powerful subordinates. During the U.S.J. Incident, Tomura had the mettle to briefly take on the formidable Pro Hero Eraser Head, and successfully use his Decay Quirk on the Erasure Hero's right arm.

Tomura was even confident that he could take down Izuku, Shoto Todoroki, Katsuki Bakugo, and Eijiro Kirishima, four extremely powerful U.A. High School students, although at the time, didn't know the full extent of the quartet's abilities. Tomura was capable of battling Gigantomachia for half a month, not giving up until he is able to make the behemoth submit. When he faced Re-Destro, and his left hand was partially destroyed, Tomura's prowess had been suddenly enhanced to levels beyond his natural parameters. According to Re-Destro, if Tomura had his newly increased physical parameters during the Kamino Incident, he would've easily taken out at least one or two of the Pro Heroes during that event, even without his Decay Quirk.[ After a fierce battle, he was not only able to defeat Re-Destro to gain control of the latter's army, but also tame Gigantomachia with his accomplishment. Similar to his master, Tomura's aura is able to instill fear into others, and his mere gaze was enough to paralyze Trumpet's followers, who were under the influence of Incite and given orders to eliminate Tomura. This was seen again when he encountered Izuku and Katsuki, with his mere presence being powerful enough to instill hallucinations of death into both teenagers. After Kyudai Garaki conducts body modifications to Tomura, his overall abilities have surpassed all of the Pro-Heroes to the point where his powers are on par with Toshinori Yagi when the latter had One For All. Due to his immense power Tomura eventually grew to be feared worldwide due to being able to kill the immensely powerful Star and Stripe one of the world's top heroes. Tomura's Quirk allows him to disintegrate whatever he touches with all five fingers. It will take effect whether the target is organic or not. The disintegration spreads quickly and will spread through the victim's whole body if they don't amputate the decaying body part. His Quirk can even spread beyond what he's touching, allowing him to disintegrate large groups of enemies instantly. Because the Quirk has to touch a solid object in order to be activated, it is possible to counter it through manipulation of fluids or particles, such as Snatch's sand body. The most characteristic element of Tomura's costume is a set of fourteen disembodied hands, covering his upper body and face. These hands are the remnants of his family, which he accidentally killed when his Decay Quirk manifested for the first time. The main hand on his face is called "Father". The hands were recovered and preserved by Kyudai Garaki, returning them to Tomura when he was rescued by All For One. An additional two sets of hands from two hoodlums were added to his villain costume. They have no other function than help Tomura's mind, who confesses that his hands make him feel calm and at peace, although also cause nausea. During his battle with Re-Destro, all but one of the hands got destroyed and Tomura himself would end up destroying his father's hand that had covered his face as a way to liberate himself from the past. He would wear the remaining hand as his trademark mask, which was later revealed as Nana Shimura's hand. All For One would then use the hand as a way to fully gain control of Tomura's body, as the calming hatred he feels when wearing it gives him more control.
